1. Introduction

Talking about coffee, what might you be thinking about? The distinctive thick taste, the soothing aroma, the bitter and sweet taste that mixed with each other in hot steeping water or whatever, coffee always has its own impressions and memories for its fans, or maybe you are one of them?

Have you ever heard of Klotok Coffee? According to some sources, Kopi Klotok is traditional coffee with a serving method similar to Turkish coffee. Klotok coffee is made by boiling water with coffee grounds and cooking it on a pot with a charcoal stove. The process of making it is still in the traditional way, coffee powder is cooked in a hot pot and then poured with water until it boils so that it produces the sound of "klotok-klotok". This is where the name Klotok coffee come up.

Besides Klotok coffee, there is also the name Khotok coffee, two coffees that have almost the same name but from the manufacturing process and different raw materials Khotok coffee is made from coffee and a mixture of coconut milk, coconut milk here according to some sources may be a substitute for milk. Coffee may also be roasted along with old coconut meat, then ground into powder and then boiled with hot water. According to several sources of Klotok coffee from Pati district, Central Java and Khotok coffee from Pantura (Pantai Utara) area.

This time I will not discuss about the coffee but about a culinary destination in Yogyakarta called Warung Kopi Klotok on Jalan Kaliurang No.KM.16, Sawah Area , Pakembinangun, Pakem, Sleman Regency.

2. Outside View

The attraction of this place is that we eat in the rice fields and open nature seeing the green rice and rice fields that stretch as far as the eye can see, I got a little disappointed, because I came here at night then I didn't get the opportunity to eat while looking at the view.

3. The Kitchen

At the night, this place is no less crowded than during the day because we want to feel a different atmosphere, we choose a place to eat in the kitchen area that close to the stove, unfortunately at night the stove has been turned off and the area is guaranteed to be cleaned. Looking at the other side of the food stall from the perspective of the employees who are working there.
